Earth launch minutes away! + LE decks shipping

Hey folks!

Just a reminder that the Kickstarter campaign for planet Earth launches today in just over 30 minutes from now. Hope to see you all there!

Also, the Mercury LE orders should be shipping this week (I realize I keep saying that, but I think it's true this time). I apologize again for the long delay in getting these decks sent out. Unfortunately it's been completely beyond my control and these delays do happen but the good news is that the rest of the series will not have the same issues with delayed rewards. Venus is on track for delivery by the expected timeline and the other planets are ahead of schedule already.

That's all for now but I will share the awesome new artwork for Mars and Jupiter with you very soon.

SE decks shipping + LE foil update

All good news today, folks...

Mercury SE decks are shipping

We finally got the SE decks completed and over to fulfillment and US orders are shipping out today! If your order contains only SE decks (and not LE decks), then you should receive an email with your tracking number soon (if you haven't already received it). The SE decks for international orders are shipping out to our international fulfillment center as those orders will start shipping out once the decks arrive there and get processed.

LE Deck foil fixed (I hope)

I heard from Clove Street today and they received a new batch of foil today and tested it out. Apparently it is not having the same flaking issues as before and I should receive the test print in a couple days. So, if this solves the problem, which it sounds like it will, then printing of the LE decks will commence very soon.

Venus 300% funded!

In case you missed it, the Venus Kickstarter campaign launched 2 days ago and is now 300% funded! I will be posting more updates on that campaign and probably very few new updates on this campaign so as not to overload inboxes of those who are backing multiple campaigns.

Some exciting news...

Mercury SE orders ship soon

Hooray! Final assembly is underway and orders will start shipping out later this week. Standard Edition Mercury deck assembly will be completed in the next couple days and orders that contain only SE decks will begin shipping out shortly thereafter.

For those of you who ordered an LE tier, I apologize for the continued delay but we're still working to resolve the foil printing issue on the LE decks. I don't yet have an estimated date for when the LE decks will be finished but I'll keep you posted with any news I receive.

Venus launches in 6 days!

Final photography of the Venus decks is underway and the Kickstarter campaign is all set up otherwise. So, without further delay, the Venus campaign will be launching this Sunday, February 4th at 6pm PST. Set a reminder and tell your friends...I'll see you at the launch!

More mixed news...

Hey guys,

I have good and bad news today...

We'll get the bad news out of the way first. There evidently was an issue with the foil not adhering properly to the LE tuckbox (blue) paper, resulting in a lot of foil flakes that look like glitter and get everywhere. Fortunately this wasn't an issue for the SE tuckbox (black) paper. So, Clove Street is now working with the paper manufacturer and the foil manufacturer to try to resolve this issue and get the boxes printed at a superior quality level so that you good people don't end up with decks that are flaking glittery foil everywhere. The result is further delays on getting the LE decks completed and shipped out. In the meantime, we may start shipping orders that only contain SE Mercury decks but I'll get back to you with more details on that.

Which brings us to the good news...I finally received the printed samples of the Mercury and Venus tuckboxes with holographic foiling and they look really really really awesome! Here are a few quick photos:
